Was there something I left behind? When faced with a question I cannot clearly answer, I just smile and say “I like’em.” That, too, is true. Yet there are feelings that are difficult to put into words or perhaps feelings I simply do not wish to put into words.

置き忘れた何かがあるからだろうか。「ただ好きだから」と答えるのも、きっと嘘ではない。言葉にしてしまえば薄れてしまう、あるいはあえて語らずに胸にしまっておきたい思いがある。自分だけが聴きたい歌があるように。

두고온 것이 있던가? 명확히 답하기 어려운 질문엔 멋쩍게 “그냥 좋아서”하고 넘기고 만다. 분명 좋아서도 맞는 말이지. 그러나 말로 표현하기는 어려운, 혹은 굳이 말로 표현하고 싶지 않은 마음들이 있다.
